Founded in 2014, CWG Development (previously Chiwayland) has established itself as a quality Developer delivering projects in excess of AUD$550,000,000 in Brisbane and Sydney.

Collaborating with renowned builders like Hutchinson and Icon Co, CWG Development is completing Uptown in Roseville, Elan in Epping, Illumina in Toowong and Vivir in Nundah.

CWG Development is the Australian arm of Shanghai based conglomerate CWG International which is listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

CWG International is one of the most awarded Property Developers in China and has delivered high quality large scale projects surpassing AUD$1.5 Billion in project value consisting of schools, commercial buildings, business parks and luxury residential apartments. CWG International currently has AUD$1.6 Billion in the pipeline in China.


Now in its 40th year, SJB’s underlying philosophy of collaboration has resulted in an innately inter-disciplinary practice, where the teams at SJB Architects, Planning, Interiors and Urban each benefit from the expertise of the whole.

Indeed, each project is to some extent the result of collaboration across the entire SJB network of more than 180 employees across eight divisions in Melbourne and Sydney, in that the collective breadth of knowledge, expertise and innovation informs all key learnings.

It is this knowledge and cross disciplinary collaboration that has resulted in some of SJB’s most notable projects such as:
